How to RSVP for a meet:

To notify the coaches of your swimmer's attendance:

• Log in to your account at https://colonies.swimtopia.com/

• From the TEAM CALENDAR menu you can see all the swim meets

• Click on the green MEET ENTRY button next to meet # 1

• Click the greenEDIT button beneath each swimmer

• Select "attending" or "not attending" and indicate availability for relays. You can also leave comments for the coaches here.
• Click the green SAVE button at the bottom of the page
