Most of the process is straightforward, however this guide will be useful:  

We recommend you complete registration on a computer and not on a mobile device.  

Checks will not be accepted by CSTC for swim team registration. Payment must be made by credit card during online registration. A credit card processing fee is assessed by our processing vendor.

You must have paid this summer's pool dues before your swimmers can begin practice.

NEW THIS YEAR:  Volunteer shifts will NOT be selected during registration. Volunteer sign-up will open in SwimTopia to everyone on May 3rd at 7 pm, and must be completed by May 10th. All families must sign up to volunteer for each of the following two categories: 

A) 5 meet job shifts

B) pool setup before one home meet OR cleanup after one home meet

Once you begin the volunteer selection process, you have a limited amount of time to complete your selections.  Please keep this in mind so that you don't lose your choices and are forced to start over.

5 Meet shifts - Choose 5 shifts, 1st or 2nd half.  Please try to choose at least 3 second half shifts if you have a swimmer age 9 or older. 

• Floater position - you will be asked to fill in for ANY open volunteer position or wherever extra hands are needed. The volunteer will definitely work a shift.

Before or After-Meet Pool Setup/Cleanup - Pick one home meet to either come early to set up the pool deck for the meet, or stay (or come back) to help cleanup the pool area after the meet is over. Pool furniture needs to be put back in place and meet equipment needs to be put back in storage.

Make sure to note the volunteer shifts you selected!  There is NO volunteer coordinator to arrange switches this year.  Parents are responsible for fulfilling their 5 meet shifts and must find a person to switch with if they are unable to make it. 

Please note:

• You must have paid this summer's pool dues before you can begin practice.
• First half concessions shifts, and the grillmaster job, require you to arrive by 4:30 pm
• Second half ribbon workers need to stay until the ribbons are completed for all events.
