We hope everyone is looking forward to summer, and returning for another great season with the Colonies swim team. Online registration will open on Tuesday, Apr 10 at 7:00 pm. You must sign up for all your volunteer shifts at that time.

Once registration is open for the 2018 season click on the Register Now button. This should be done without signing in as a member. {The passwords used for the old website (colonies.swim-team.us) will NOT work on the new website.) Enter all your family and swimmer information, select your volunteer items, and method of payment. You will have the option of paying by credit card or paying "later" by check. The credit card option requires a small convenience fee. After you complete your registration you will receive a confirmation email. You will also automatically receive a separate activation email with instructions on how to set up a password for your account on our new website.

Registration and volunteer reminders

• Families are responsible for FIVE meet shifts, ONE team party/event shift, and ONE food/ice item for concessions. Online registration requires each family to total 51 volunteer points, which is accomplished by signing up for 5 meet shifts and 1 food/ice item for concessions. The team party/event volunteer shift will be handled later outside of the registration process.
• If you have a swimmer 9 years old or above, you must sign up for at least 3 second half shifts.
• You are responsible for finding your own replacement if you can't fulfill a shift
• Floater position - you may be asked to fill in a first half, a second half or BOTH halves, but you may do nothing.
• You must have paid this summer's pool dues before you can begin practice.
• You must sign up for all your shifts and pay before you are fully registered
• Any registrations made after practice begins will have a $20 late fee.
• First half concessions shifts require you to come earlier than other shifts
