Congrats on starting the year off with a win!  I thought all the swimmers swam very well for meet 1 and can't wait to see them continue to get faster and learn new strokes.  The coaches have made some notes throughout the meet and will work one a few things before meet 2 next week.  Thank you to all the parents on getting your swimmers ready to swim as well as volunteering throughout the meet.  Meet 1 is always rough but I thought everyone did very well with the bumps and bruises to come along with hosting the first time of the season.

Quad Winners:

Carson Brewer, Zach Carlson, Avery Gill, Preston Hudak, Chance Lowry, Elizabeth McCullough, Anna Rakes, and Nolan Taylor

Triple Winners:

Kaitlyn Butcher, Quinn Cornwell, Carly Laurence, Kelsey Morris, and Dain Ripol.

News:

* If you haven't already, please take a look at the swim a thon email that was sent out earlier this morning. You can vote for the charity that we will be swimming for on the swim board near the bathrooms at the pool. We will also have a signup sheet for the 24hr swim a thon as soon as possible. 

* There will be no Friday practice this week (6/15) since it's the last day of school. The kids are usually too excited to focus at practice that day and the pool is super packed with everyone celebrating school being done for the year. So enjoy the day off and the start of summer!

* If you haven't already done so, please RSVP for meet 2 when you can. We will be doing meet entrees on Monday so make sure you do it prior to Monday morning.

* Speaking of Monday morning, we will be holding both morning and afternoon practices starting that day.  Attached to this email will have the times for those practices. You do not need to send your swimmers to both, their are 2 practices so we can spread the swimmers out more and be more flexible around your busy summer schedules. Wednesday will be morning only since that night will be a swim meet. Friday will only be morning as well since we will hold a clinic this week (Starts and Turns) that afternoon from 3pm-4pm. Sign up sheet will be posted for this as well on the same board the Swim a thon will be on.
