GRAL has released the swim meet schedule for 2020, and the Time Standards for Advanced, JV, Varsity, and Senior Varsity have been revised.

Here is our meet schedule for 2020:

Wed June 17 away at Hanover Country Club

Wed June 24 away at Ashland

Wed July 1 home vs. Ashcreek

Wed July 8 home vs. Rockville/Dolphin Club

Wed July 15 away at Atlee Recreation Assoc.

Tues July 21 home vs. Hanover Country Club

GRAL Championship Meet: Aug 1 and Aug 2 at SwimRVA

The new Time Standards for 2020 will make it easier to qualify for Champs (JV time standard) for almost all events and age groups, and the standards for the other classifications (Advanced, Varsity, SV) have been relaxed as well. Let's see how many swimmers we can take to Champs this year!  Below is a link to the new Time Standards:
