Online registration for the Colonies Swim Team will begin Thursday May 28 at 7:00 PM.

Important Information:

In order for your swim team registration to be finalized, you must pay your Colonies Swim & Tennis Club (CSTC) annual dues, and any initiation fees, prior to the first practice.

• Team suits and other swimming needs can be purchased through NOVA's online store. The link to this store will be sent later by separate email.


• Personalized swim cap orders will be taken online during registration --$30.00 for a set of TWO printed with the same name. Non-personalized caps can also be ordered for $14 each.
• Deadline for personalized cap orders is June 7, and they can take up to two weeks to be delivered.    .
• Registration fees:$105 per swimmer with a $275 family cap (check only this year). Free team T-shirt included this year for each swimmer.
• In order to complete your registration this year you only need to sign up for four volunteer meet shifts. This is due to temporary reductions in timers required by GRAL, and no food concession offered this year. The volunteer job descriptions can be found on our website under the Team Manual section. Please realize that our volunteer needs may change and you might be asked to volunteer for additional shifts.
• If you need to swap a volunteer shift after initial registration, please contact other swimming families to find someone to switch shifts. It is your responsibility to find a replacement.
• A protocol for dealing with the safety issues related to Covid-19 during Phase 2 practices can be found under the Team Manual page of SwimTopia

June 11 --Meet the Coaches (exact time TBD)

June 15 -- Tentative first day of practice in the water

First swim meet: TBD (anytime between 6/17 and 7/1)
