THREE IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR PRACTICE TOMORROW!
Hooray--practice starts tomorrow!
1--Liability Waiver
In order for your swimmer(s) to practice, CSTC requires that you complete and sign the attached liability waiver. I will be in the parking lot at the beginning of each practice collecting signed waivers. You can either print a copy, sign it and have your swimmer bring it to practice, or I will have a copy for you to sign as you drop off your swimmer for practice. Your swimmer(s) will not be able to practice unless this form is given to me prior to his/her first practice!!
2--Practice Schedule for Monday, June 15, 2020:
For Monday Morning ONLY, there will be NO practice for 8 & Unders!
6 & Under--Practice from 3:30pm-4pm ONLY.
7/8 Year Olds--Practice from 4pm-5pm ONLY.
9/10 year Olds--Practice from 9:30am-10:30am AND 4pm-5pm.
11 & Older--Practice from 10:30am-11:30am AND 5pm-6pm.
Starting Tuesday morning all ages will have two options for swim practice each day.
6 & Under--9am-9:30am AND 3:30pm-4pm
7/8 Year old swimmers will join the 9/10 year old swimmers.
*****For the first week ONLY, the coaching staff is asking that each swimmer only attends ONE PRACTICE PER DAY.
3--Important Practice Reminders:
When swimmers arrive at practice:
1-First practice--please sign and turn in Liability Waiver to Stacey Carlson in parking lot!
2-A parent volunteer will ask swimmers the COVID Questions (Please familiarize yourself with the updated COVID Safety Protocol PRIOR to practice tomorrow *attached to this email*).
3-Swimmers will enter the pool via the Causeway entrance and exit practice through the tennis court bleacher gate (kind of like a one-way in and one-way out).
4-Coaches will direct swimmers to their assigned spot for practice.
5-Swimmers will be rotating between activities in the pool and on land. Each swimmer should bring a towel, goggles, cap, a labeled water bottle and sneakers!
6-Bathrooms will ONLY be available for emergency situations, so please plan accordingly!
7-Parents of swimmers 10 & under need to remain on site during practice (or let the parent volunteer at the practice know the name of the parent in charge).
I know this is a lot of information. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns!
