Please let your swimmers know that a colony of native-Virginia bumble bees is nesting to the right of the path as you approach the front gate to the pool. These bees are endangered and are typically not aggressive (unless they feel threatened). The area is clearly marked with a sign, so please feel free to walk in the grass to the left of the path as you approach the gate.
