It is important that the coaches know who is available to swim at each meet. Our Swimtopia website has a Meet Attendance Declaration feature which allows you declare your swimmers's availability for swim meets. You may already know if there are certain meets that your swimmers cannot attend. The deadline to declare for our first meet is this Thursday July 2. We have now opened up the Meet Declaration for all six swim meets, and the process is as follows:

1)Click the "Meets and Events" tab

2)Select the "Meet Entry" button next to the swim meet you wish to declare for.

3)Edit your attendance declaration for that meet, and indicate your swimmer's availability for relays.
