Good Evening Cruisers!
As we officially enter into Phase 3 tomorrow, I wanted to inform everyone of a few changes to our practice schedule and format, and also remind you of a few things.

- Practice Times o 8:30 – 9:15 AM & 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM: 8 & Unders and New Swimmers o 9:15 – 10:00 AM & 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM: 9-12 o 10:00 – 11:00 AM & 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 13 and older - COVID Screening Questions o Swimmers will continue to be screened for COVID symptoms before they enter the pool deck. - Parents on Deck o Under Phase 2 of Forward Virginia, parents were not allowed on the pool deck. Beginning tomorrow, parents can now observe practice from the pool deck, but must maintain proper social distance. We still strongly encourage parents to observe from other areas of the facility (clubhouse, steps, etc.) or wait in the parking lot until practice is finished in order to limit traffic. Please keep in mind that while the pool is open to the general public during afternoon practices, you must sign up to use the pool, as required by the CSTC Board, if you want to be on the pool deck. - Social Distancing o Please remind your swimmers to do their best to keep a safe distance from other swimmers while at practice. Our coaches are working very hard to provide instruction and keep swimmers safe, but they cannot do it alone. Send your swimmers onto the deck with only the essentials, encourage them to drop their belongings on the pool deck away from other swimmers, and remind them to look for visual markers on the pool deck that indicates appropriate spacing.

This year has presented us with many unique challenges. As we look ahead to our first Colonies-only swim meet next week, it is imperative that we all work together to comply with the parameters for our modified season this summer.
