Hello Cruiser Families!

1--2021 Covid Protocol:  As we all prepare for swim practice to begin this week, please be sure you read the COVID Safety Protocol (attached to this email) for our 2021 season and discuss it with your swimmers. A revised protocol will be sent to everyone after May 28^th once additional changes to mask and social distance requirements go into effect in Virginia.

3--Team Suit Fitting Day:  Remember to visit VA Swim Shop (next to Nova Swimming on Gayton Road) Wednesday, May 19th to get your Colonies team suit!  The swim shop has our suits in stock and they will help get the right sized suit for your swimmer!

4--Deep Run Roadhouse Spirit Night:  Start the Weekend Early by ordering from Deep Run Roadhouse on Thursday, May 20th all day.  That's right, all take out orders that indicate Colonies on them will go to support the Colonies Cruisers Swim Team.
