Hello Cruiser Parents,

Signups for volunteer jobs will open online at 8 pm tonight. Follow the steps below to meet your 2021 volunteer responsibilities:

• Log in to your account at https://colonies.swimtopia.com/

• From the Meets & Events tab you can see all the swim meets and spirit events that have volunteer jobs available

• Click on the green Job Signup button next to each event to see the jobs

• Select the job and shift (first or second) that you want

• Click Save at the bottom of the page

Reminders:

You must sign up for 6 meet job shifts ( concession donations do not count as a meet shift)

You must sign up for 1 concession donation (Gatorade, soda, water, or ice)

Please sign up for 1 spirit event (balloon delivery, morning spirit activity, or end-of-season banquet)

Please complete all of your volunteer signups as soon as possible, but no later that Sunday June 6.

Make a note of your signups. You can also check your volunteer signups at any time by viewing the “account” section on SwimTopia after signing in.
