Hello Cruiser Parents,

SwimTopia has a feature that allows you to notify the coaches of your swimmer's status for upcoming swim meets. It is extremely important that coaches know if a swimmer will be attending the meet in order to complete the meet entry process and to set up relays. We are requesting that parents declare their child's attendance for Meet # 1 by 6 PM on Sunday June 6.

Follow the steps below to notify the coaches if your children will be attending a meet:

• Log in to your account at https://colonies.swimtopia.com/

• From the Meets & Events tab you can see all the swim meets 

• Click on the green MEET ENTRY button next to the meet

• Click the green EDIT button beneath each swimmer

• Select "attending" or "not attending" and indicate availability for relays. You can also leave comments for the coaches here.
• Click the green SAVE button at the bottom of the page

If you know the status of your swimmers attendance for any of this season's meets you can go ahead and declare attendance for those meets now.
