Helpful Reminders for Tomorrow Night:

Covid-Related Information—As a reminder to our volunteers, per CDC and VDH, those who are not vaccinated need to wear a mask when not able to socially distance. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

Table Raffle Ticket Winners—The Rasmussen Family and the Holman Family are our table winners for Meet #1!

Concessions At the Meet—Our Concessions Stand is BACK!! Plan to purchase dinner at the swim meet and take a night off from cooking :) Items for sale include: cheeseburgers, hamburgers, pizza by the slice (including gluten free), hotdogs, drinks, chips, cookies and CANDY!! Prices range from $0.50 to $4.00. CASH ONLY! Please try to have exact change or close to it.

Don’t Forget—You might want to bring chairs. There will be a few chairs around the pool and around some tables, but not as many as usual. A lot of pool furniture is moved during meets. Also, a Sharpie might be helpful. Some swimmers like to write their events on their arms.

Swimmer and volunteer check-in—Begins at 4:30! The coaches and Stephanie Denholm (volunteer coordinator) will be at a table set up in the grassy area by the normal pool entrance. Please stop by this table to let coaches know you have arrived and to find out if your swimmer will be entered into a relay. All relays are finalized on the whiteboard by the coaches, which can be found at the check-in table. Also, if you signed up to volunteer during this meet, you need to check-in with Stephanie to get your volunteer sticker and/or stopwatch (1^st shift only) if you are a timer.

Meet Clean-Up: Families with last names beginning with the letter P through Z are responsible for cleaning up after the meet.

Team Shirts & Swim Caps—If you have not received your team shirt (included with registration) or the swim cap you purchased, we will be distributing them near the swimmer check-in table!

**Colonies Magnets, Stickers will be on sale prior to the start of the meet (near the check-in table)! Cash or Venmo accepted.

***A pair of goggles were found today during practice. Please see Coach Julia or Stacey Carlson if you are missing goggles.
