Good Afternoon Cruiser Families,

I am excited to share that Mia Artz Photography will be taking our swim team photos this year.  This is a fundraiser for our team and a portion of the sales is given back to the team.  Mia has generously donated her time and talent to support The Cruisers and we am so excited....can you say splashy water photos this year?!?

Individual Photos:  Tuesday, June 7 and Wednesday, June 8 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm

Team Photo:  Wednesday, June 8th at 5:30pm 

Where:   At the Colonies Pool

Few key things to note:

• Wear your team suit
  • reminder fitting day is May 26th at NOVA-Regency 12:00pm - 6:30pm
  • we have a new suit design this year
• Slots are 15 minutes and kindly arrive a little before your time to keep things moving.  Generally it does not take this long, though it's nice to give kids a little time to warm up to the idea of photos.
• Individual & Silbling photos are available
  • Families with 1-2 children, use 1 slot only, indicate both children's names & desire to have sibling photos.
  • Families with 3-5 children, use 2 slots back to back, indicate children's names and desire for sibling photos.  If your desired time does not have back to back options, please select one, make a notation in the comments and Mia will get back to you if there are any concerns.
• PARENTS if you prefer photos to be with well groomed dry hair, please be sure to communicate that to your child and manage swim practice accordingly.
• Mia is bringing her waterproof gear which will allow for some splashy photos too-a new addition this year.  So cool!
• Photo packages range between $20-$40.  A la carte items will also be available and you have option for prints or digital.  
• Photos will be emailed to you a few weeks after photo day.  You will have access to the general gallery for the team photo and an individual gallery for your child's photos.
• In the event that time slots sell out, we will work with Mia to see if we can add more and will stay in touch.
• Since we have good karma, we will have no problem with weather, right?  When it gets closer to the date if we forsee any issues we will reach out to you.
