Hello Cruiser families,

It’s extremely important to notify the coaches whether your swimmers are planning to attend each swim meet. The attendance declaration for Meet #2 (Colonies @ Kings Charter on 6/21) is due by midnight tonight.

To notify us of your swimmer's attendance status please:

• Log in to your account at https://colonies.swimtopia.com/

• From the Meets & Events menu you can see all the swim meets

• Click on the green MEET ENTRY button next to Meet #2

• Click the green EDIT button beneath each swimmer

• Select "attending" or "not attending" and indicate availability for relays.
• You can also leave comments for the coaches here.
• Click the green SAVE button at the bottom of the page

On Wednesday, June 21, we will travel to Kings Charter Pool for our first 2023 AWAY swim meet!!  Here is the link to the Kings Charter Welcome Letter.  Please review this document for everything you need to know about their pool address, parking, concessions, and more!  I also attached the Kings Charter Pool Diagram for you to familiarize yourself with key areas at the meet.

***I will NOT be attending this meet due to travel plans, so Hayley Mathews will be filling in for me as Parent Representative.  

***PLEASE take a look at Stephanie Denholm's document (also attached to this email) that houses every volunteer detail for all of our meets AND a list of parents and contact information if you need to switch shifts with someone.  

***Stephanie Denholm will NOT be attending this meet, so a Substitute will be checking in parent volunteers at the Coach's Check-in Table.
