THIS IS OUR LAST PEP RALLY AND IT'S A BIG ONE!

Join us MONDAY night (7/17) anytime between 4:30-7:30 at the pool gazebo for our very last Pep Rally of the season!!  Richmond Virginia Orthodontics is sponsoring this event and serving up KONA ICE for everyone!  (You need to grab your ticket from the RVO booth in the gazebo to claim your treat.)  We will also have PIZZA for our swimmers to boost them up for our last swim meet on TUESDAY night!

Swim team pictures are also happening Monday evening from 5:30pm-6:00pm, so it's going to be one big party and lots of fun!!  

AN URGENT CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!

In order for the team photo and the last pep rally to run smoothly on Monday evening, WE NEED YOUR HELP!  If you haven't already fulfilled your special event volunteer obligation, please go to https://colonies.swimtopia.com/ and go to the Meets & Events tab and signup to volunteer to help with the Team Photo.  We need 5 volunteers to help organize swimmers for the photo and help move furniture before and after the team picture.  Please arrive by 5:15 and you should be finished up by 6:15.  If you'd rather help with the Pep Rally, there are still SEVEN signup spots to help with pep rally activities and serving pizza!  We love having all of these exciting activities, but we can't do it without your help!  Along with the required meet shifts and food donation, each family is also required to sign up to help during a special team event.  Thank you to all of the families who have already volunteered for either balloon delivery, pep rallies, or donut practices--your help is always greatly appreciated!

Meet #6 AWAY at Raintree TUESDAY (7/18):

Please, please, please RSVP for the last meet to let the coaches know whether to put your swimmer into the meet!  As of this morning, we still had 18 swimmers that were undeclared for the meet.  

***I will be sending out the Raintree Welcome Letter as soon as I receive it (hopefully by tomorrow)!  That should answer most of your specific meet questions for Tuesday night.
