Dear Cruiser Families,

I attached the Raintree Welcome Letter--please take a few minutes to look it over for helpful meet information about parking, concessions and other meet details.

And in case you were wondering, "yeters" is actually a thing!!?!  It's somewhere between a yard and a meter....I actually thought it was a typo last year!  There's a formula Raintree uses to convert the times.  

Upcoming Events:

TOMORROW (7/17)--Team Photo from 5:30-6:00 (a BIG thank you to everyone who signed up to help!)  Individual Photos (for families that signed up for a time slot) will be taking place throughout the day!

Also TOMORROW (7/17)--Our FINAL Pep Rally!!  Pizza will be served! And thanks to Richmond Virginia Orthodontics, KONA ICE will be passing out treats during the Pep Rally! 

Friday (7/21)/Saturday (7/22)--The 33rd Annual SWIM-A-THON!!!  I sent an email with all of the information.  If you plan to attend, go ahead and RSVP in SwimTopia!  And then after you RSVP, please Venmo (or write a check) Joy Laurence the registration fee! @Joy-Laurence  Also, remember to put "SWIMATHON" in the subject line!  Her last four digits are:  1118   13 & Older swimmers need a parent/guardian to count laps for a two-hour session through the night time hours.  Sign-Ups for that can be found in SwimTopia.  

Wednesday (7/26)--The End of the Season Award Ceremony from 6:00pm-8:00pm!  When you're in SwimTopia, you should RSVP for this event!  We need to know how many people will be attending since we provide dinner!
