Hello Cruisers!

I wanted to share the Welcome Letter I sent over to Church Run for tonight’s HOME meet.  The only new details included in this letter is that Jiji’s will be selling frozen treats at the meet tonight and Let’s Talk Towels Pop-up Sale will be also be on site tonight!

Also, we will be taking similar precautions to keep swimmers and families more comfortable during the hot meet tonight:

1-Our Clerk of Course will call less event numbers so swimmers spend less time in that area.

2-We will have tents in the Clerk to keep swimmers shaded. 
3-We will put umbrellas at each of the lanes to help create shade for timers. 
One last thing—in the event of a weather delay, we will be using the SwimTopia alert system.  So please keep an eye out for alerts (or emails if you do not have the SwimTopia app!)
