TWO Things: Volunteer Sign-ups & New Waiver Form!

1–Volunteer sign-ups go LIVE tonight at 7pm! Instructions on how to sign-up for volunteer shifts are included below:
- Families are required to volunteer for 5 meet job shifts, 1 meet setup or 1 meet cleanup, and 1 spirit/team event
- Sign in to the SwimTopia website and open theTeam Calendar tab
- Click the green Job Signup link next to swim meets to select your 5 meet job shifts and 1 setup or cleanup, and next to a spirit/team event to select your job shift for that
- A new screen will open. Click the green Sign-Up for Jobs link
- Check the box next to a job shift to select that job
- IMPORTANT: Click the green Save Assignments button at the bottom of the screen
- If at any time you want to see the volunteer jobs you have signed up for hover over the Welcome menu at the top right corner of the SwimTopia homepage and click My Account.
2–When you’re done signing up for your volunteer shifts, go ahead and click the following link to our 2026 Swimmer Contract and new Liability Waiver!
